Right of withdrawal
For hygienic reasons, the USER will not be able to return the product once it has been used.
The USER may not cancel an order once it has been confirmed.
If, when receiving the order, the USER is for any reason no longer interested, they have 24 hours from the delivery to return it. It will be necessary to indicate the reason and invoice number. In this case, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Once the SUPPLIER receives the return, after checking that the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed to the refund of the amount and in no case will the shipping costs be refunded.
Returns of altered, modified or damaged goods will not be accepted.
Guarantees
All our products have a 100-wash warranty. Certified by our SMART INNOVATION supplier.
It is important that you know that our warranty does not cover:
- a) Negligent or violent use of the product.
- b) Damage arising from the handling or intervention of the product.
In addition, it is equally important that you follow any instructions for use at all times and in case of doubt, you should contact us by email to info@hands-shield.com for advice on the use of the product.
All products offered through the website, as well as the HANDSHIELD brand, are original from HANDSHIELD MEDITERRANEAN, SL. All have a warranty period of 100 washes.
